Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2nd in 1981) is a South African model, actress and television personality. Having started her acting career with the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut was with her next role playing Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In the last decade she has appeared in numerous TV shows including the likes from Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Brandt was the main character Mazikeen in 2016. The TV show Lucifer has a lead character in Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was raised in the city of Cape Town in South African. The family moved to Auckland with her family in her late teens. Her professional career began when she was model for print ads and commercial ads. In the years before she had a career as a model she worked as a salesperson in the retail industry as well as an information-technology recruitment consultant. In 2009 she was cast in an New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. In 2021, she had her debut on Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She was a slave named Naevia. Her role as Naevia was reprised in the Spartacus prequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Co-starring with the actor Craig Parker in three different TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008).
